His bronze tea plants are used for creating hand-tied teas, bronze tips and stem tea. Bernard's wife Pauline is a fantastic cook and both are wonderful hosts.

Morning Mist is next door to Amba Tea Estate which is where I lived and worked for 4 years renovating the bungalow, building the tea factory and developing their hand-made teas. You will spend the best part of a day visiting the factory and tasting their teas.
